Terms and Conditions

• Once booking has been confirmed verbally or by writing you agree to our terms and conditions below
  Credit/Debit card details must be given on bookings.
• We charge 3.5% surcharge on credit card payments.
• Cancellation policy must be give 7 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations after this time, full payment will be charged to your account.
• If credit cards are not available a non refundable deposit of 50% will be required to confirm your reservation.
• Balance must be paid 7 days prior to arrival.
• Any damages or missing items from rooms cost will be charged to your card details given.
• We are a totally non-smoking guest house.
• If there is any evidence of smoking, we will charge an extra nights stay to enable airing of the room.
